Jiang Zhi - The Art Of Absolue Lancôme

About Jiang Zhi Artwork

The flowing flame is captured at its prime, lighting up luscious blossoms of bursting colors in the fire. As the container of the flowers, the old potteries are also silent story-tellers standing witness to fleeting yet eternalized feelings of love. Jiang Zhi was touched by Lancôme’s perpetual pursuit of “eternality”, therefore he specially created Love Letters, where flaming roses froze at the moment of the fiercest burn to express the message of love, forever relevant for mankind. The artist uses Absolue Perpetual Roses as metaphors to elegantly express how love transcends time and space, a symbolism that can be understood by the Chinese audience and Western audience alike.
