The collaboration between Lancôme and Belgian contemporary artist Barbara Cox comes to life for Mother’s Day 2026 as a limited-edition gift set collection. Curated and developed by Somexing Artistic, the project brings together Lancôme’s heritage and the artist’s universe through an immersive concept where color and texture elevate beauty into a living work of art.
Bringing together Lancôme’s celebration of happiness and femininity with Barbara Cox’s expressive and playful visual language, the project explores color as a medium of feeling and perception. Cox infuses the project with a personal vision shaped by spontaneity, instinct and a deeply shared sensibility.
At the heart of the collaboration lies an original creation by Barbara Cox: “Garden of Dreams,” inspired by Le Domaine de la Rose. Conceived as a vibrant visual landscape, the artwork transforms nature into a living canvas where the boundaries between reality and imagination dissolve.
Iconic elements such as the Eiffel Tower and floating Lancôme bottles appear within a layered composition inspired by the emotional depth of the mother–child bond, offering a new reading of the brand’s universe.
The campaign was deployed as a global 360° artistic campaign across artist video, social content, print, and digital activations. At its core, a limited-edition luxury gift box in three color options was developed. It was accompanied by exclusive gifting items, including charms, stickers, a candle, a pouch, and a puzzle, translating Barbara Cox’s artistic vision into Lancôme’s universe. The activation was extended through digital gift card and an AI-powered bouquet on Lancôme’s website, allowing users to create and send a flower bouquet.
